We have developed an effective methodology that integrates different approaches and is supported by an international model: Goal-Setting. Goal-Setting aims to promote the activation of improvement paths for effectiveness and personal development. We support and aid challenges and change, both individual and in the team, to strengthen skills and the discover untapped potential. We use executive coaching to support managers in improving performance and team and group coaching to achieve shared results. We have experience in working with: Assessment, Development, Management Appraisal, Executive Assessment, Performance management to enhance corporate culture, values and skills. The projects we do are highly customised: they take into account the context and give space to the management of Feedback. We help managers and collaborators to use feedback, which is central to creating an agile organisational culture oriented towards continuous improvement and innovation.
